Survival isn’t a victory—it’s a war that never ends. In Warriors, humanity’s last hope faces betrayal, grief, and a battle on two brutal fronts.
Warriors is the seventh book of the Hell Divers series. The hard road to humanity’s survival continues.
Overview
X’s reign isn’t safe yet. He may have survived the latest attack, but there’s a battle coming on two fronts. The skinwalkers are on their way to the settlement now, and the machines are still set on their mission to destroy the last of humanity.
X is still fighting for his life against infection. Michael is soon to be a father. Les and his family are still mourning his son. Sophia is angry and feels cheated after Rhino’s untimely death. They all have to dig even deeper for this next part.

Positives
I can’t believe Warriors is the seventh book, and the pace and action are just as intense as every other book. There’s so much momentum. Because the survivors always seem to have the worst luck when it comes to finding a new home, I am not letting myself hope they have finally found their forever home.
We get a new narrative, Ada. She was exiled for killing a bunch of Cazadores. Her narrative is special because she undergoes significant character growth. She finds her own strength and learns how to put others’ survival first, even if they aren’t her friend.
Negatives
In addition to being a book nerd, I’m also a science nerd. There are some science issues, things that couldn’t be possible, but it is science fiction. I do prefer my sci-fi where it is entirely plausible. Most won’t even notice, and it’s still pretty realistic.
Recommendations
The series isn’t for the faint of heart. It’s dark and fast-paced. With Ada’s arc adding more emotion, I have to give Warriors four stars.
Narration Notes
R.C.Bray narrates the series. He is a great choice to match the hard life and trials that the hell divers and other survivors endure.
