She’s a disgraced vampire. He’s a scarred alpha. Their bond is forbidden, but when secrets surface, only love can protect what’s left standing.
The Alpha’s Protective Mate is the third and final book in the Eternal Bonds Series. We met Robert in The Alpha’s True Mate and further fell in love with him in The Alpha’s Uncovered Mate. Now he finally gets his mate.
Overview
Charlotte is a vampire, even worse, she’s a weak one. Her father exiled her because she was a disgrace to their line. But it’s okay, she loves her quiet life as a waitress. Everything is looking up, until the alpha with the scarred face walks in. Their attraction is unmistakable and forbidden.
Not everything is as it seems. There are skeletons in her closet that she doesn’t even know about, and they’re about to blow right through her life. Will Robert still trust her when the dust settles?

Positives
Robert has been a fan favorite for the whole series. It’s good to see him get his HEA. Charlotte is a great mate for him. Their romance is so sweet.
Jaymin Snow adds a lot of twists to this final installment that were unexpected. She also ties up loose ends from the previous books. It’s good to get some answers finally.
Negatives
I was disappointed that Robert was still resistant to the mating. I would have thought that after watching what his two friends went through, he would have been more open. So that was a little disappointing to me.
Recommendations
While the first two books of the Eternal Bonds Series were rejected mates, this one is forbidden love. I give it five stars; it’s a great end to the series.
Narration Notes
Narrated by Willa Jaymes – she does a great job with the series.
